Project that was normally for 6 months, but finally we are at this client since the year 2020. We have executed many different projects over the years: migration from windows 7 to windows 10, support & troubleshoot the migration from office 2010 to o365, migration from windows 10 to windows 11, supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software, creating images of windows 10 & windows 11 with predefined configurations and installed software so afterwards i could deploy the images into the laptops, also doing 1st and 2nd line IT support, incident management for IT incidents and requests( including meetings and reporting), scrum user stories for the long term IT projects( including meetings and reporting), administration, maintaining and troubleshooting AD users, groups & computers, group policies creation, maintaining, troubleshooting and deploying, fileserver, sharepoint, power automates and power apps.

Apart from all the above mentionned IT related tasks, there was also the following: creating, maintaining and pushing packages to the managed computers using manage engine ( desktop central), PRTG monitoring for servers & network devices, maintaining & troubleshooting and cabling patch cables. At last also still using azure AD, teams admin website and maintaining & troubleshooting backup tapes ( daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) for the backup server managed by veeam.

I conclude that i'm still working here and we are now executing a Salesforce migration with the whole IT team and i'm also busy managing users and permissions on salesforce, but still learning as always. Still working at this client nowadays
